The 19th Annual Ladies’ College vs. Visakha Vidyalaya Water Polo encounter was played on September 13, 2024, at the Sugathdasa Swimming Pool Complex, Colombo. Visakha Vidyalaya and Ladies’ College drew the Under 15 encounter (14 all) and shared the Gunawardena Challenge Trophy. Visakha Vidyalaya beat Ladies’ College by 16-15 in the Under 19 encounter and won back the Mrs.M.N.Edusuriya Trophy.
